The WRAM Show, the longest-running and largest modeling show on the East Coast, ended its successful 46-year run with the 2016 show at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus, NJ.
What began in 1969 as the Eastern States R/C Jamboree in the basement of the Westchester County Center grew to fill every square foot of the Center, moved to the Meadowlands in 2012, and at its peak drew 17,000 visitors over three days to see 150-plus exhibitors, a static competition staggering for its size, the Swap Shop, seminars and the WRAM Flyer program for kids. Its proceeds bought and paid for DeVore Field.
